DeliKing operates an automated assistant on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and LINE. If you have chatted with us or commented on our posts, we may hold a record of that conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time, free of charge.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Email (recommended)
Send a message to privacy.delikingfood@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, and tell us:
- the platform you used (Facebook, Instagram or LINE)
- the name or username you used on that platform
Option 2 — Message us
Send the words “DELETE MY DATA” to our Facebook Page, Instagram account or LINE Official Account. Our team will pick it up and confirm.
What we delete
Your platform user ID, your display name, the full content of your messages and any images you sent us, our replies, and any notes our staff attached to the conversation.
What we keep
If you placed an order, Thai accounting law requires us to keep the transaction record for 5 years. That record contains only the order details — not your chat history. We may also keep anonymous statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
