We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 10 years of age. 13. Chat & Messaging Data (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE)

When you message our Facebook Page, Instagram account, or LINE Official Account, or comment on our Facebook or Instagram posts, your message is answered by an automated assistant (“Deli”) operated by DeliKing.

What we receive: a platform-assigned user ID (Facebook PSID / Instagram-scoped ID / LINE user ID), your public display name and profile picture as provided by the platform, the content of the messages, images or comments you send us, and the timestamp of each message. We do not receive your email address, phone number, or friend list from these platforms unless you type them to us yourself.

Why we use it: to answer product, price, promotion, shipping and wholesale enquiries; to reply to comments on our posts; to pass a conversation to a human member of staff when the assistant cannot help; and to review conversation quality so we can improve the assistant’s answers.

Automated processing: message text and any images you send are sent to Google (Gemini) for language and image understanding, and product information is retrieved from our own knowledge base. These providers process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own data-protection terms. We do not use your messages to train any publicly available AI model.

Retention: conversation records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example “how many people asked about shipping this month”) may be kept longer.

Your control: you may ask us to delete your conversation data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions or email privacy.delikingfood@gmail.com. Deleting the conversation inside Messenger, Instagram or LINE does not automatically delete our copy; please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
