1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website https://delikingfood.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from DeliKing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
DeliKing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products
All products sold on this Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen calibration, or packaging updates.
All DeliKing products are manufactured in Thailand and comply with applicable Thai food safety standards, including HACCP and HALAL certification requirements.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, pricing may be shown in your local currency — final charges depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Additional local payment methods as available
Payment is processed at the time of order. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your payment information.
DeliKing reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders confirmed prior to a price change will be honored at the original price.
4. Orders and Order Confirmation
An order placed through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment — it confirms receipt of your order.
If we are unable to fulfill your order (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud), we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic (Thailand):
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
International:
Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination country and customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
DeliKing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier delays, or events outside our control (natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.).
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every DeliKing purchase.
Eligible for return/refund:
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped
- Orders not received within the stated delivery window
Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Change of mind after delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage by the customer
To initiate a return or refund claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery at commercial@delikingfood.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
7. Wholesale and Business Orders
For wholesale, import, or bulk orders, separate terms apply. Please visit our For Business page or contact us directly at commercial@delikingfood.com.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing tiers, and lead times for business orders are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, product designs, and packaging — is the property of DeliKing and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any DeliKing content without prior written permission.
9. User Conduct
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Transmit spam, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
DeliKing reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for users who violate these conditions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
